The State of Australian Entrepreneurship Report

Australia’s entrepreneurs are navigating a fast-changing, opportunity-rich, and often challenging business environment. The State of Australian Entrepreneurship Report series shines a light on the realities of running and growing a business – drawn directly from the experiences of high-performing business founders, co-founders, owners and entrepreneurs across a diverse range of industries in Australia.

Commissioned by the Australian chapters of EO, the report is designed to inform public understanding of the entrepreneurial experience and highlight both the challenges and potential within Australia’s business community. With all respondents generating $1.5 million or more in annual revenue, the report offers a rare, data-backed view into the lives, mindsets, and needs of established and successful business leaders.

Entrepreneurship doesn’t happen in isolation – and neither should the conversation about how we support it. These insights offer a rare look inside the challenges faced by high-performing entrepreneurs in Australia today.

The State of Australian Entrepreneurship Report aims to deepen public understanding of the national entrepreneurial experience, inform policymaking, and connect like-minded leaders across industries and regions.
